Convenors of Activities

Please check the calendar that comes out with UTC to see if there is an event or private party on either day.  If there is an event or private party going on in the room you usually hold your activity let your group know that your activity is cancelled.  

 

Also when there is a celebration of life, both the Blue Heron Room and Robin Room are used, so activities would be cancelled in both those rooms.
