Fire Hydrants

If you notice a fire hydrant covered in snow, please, notify Parkbridge right away by filling out a Resident Complaint Form.

There are 3 ways to document your concerns:

1) Resident concern form (hard copy): Available from the Parkbridge office.

Fill out the form and make 2 copies. (Reach out to the board if you need copies made.)
Submit one form to Parkbridge.
Submit one form to the board. (You can fold and put in the black mailbox right outside the library door that says BCHOA on it)
Keep one form for yourself.
You can also send an email to the board at the following email address: bchoaboard2014@gmail.com

2) Resident concern form on Black Creek website:

* Open our Black Creek website https://bclhcommunity.ca & log in.
* Click on “Residents” and select “Forms” from the drop down menu.
* Select “Management Concern form”
* Fill out the form as directed.  You can even add a picture or any other pertinent document if needed.
* When complete hit “Send”. (Bottom of page)
* The document will be sent to Parkbridge as well as a copy to the board of directors.

3) Resident concern form on Parkbridge Portal:

* Sign in using one of the available methods. (I used email)
* Once you are signed in select “Maintenance”
* Go to  “Submit Maintenance Request” – “Select Category” – go from there to file your concern.
* When complete hit “Submit”. (Bottom of page)

***You can also check on how your concern is progressing by clicking on “Request History”

We cannot stress enough–how important it is to submit any concern or complaint in writing and ensure that the board is copied on any submission.

Thank you,

The Board
