It has come to my attention that there have been issues with guests attending a private party, going into areas of the hall which they have not rented.
It states clearly in the information given to you at the time of signing the contract, your guests are not allowed in the Library, or Billiard Room. If you have not rented the Robin Room then your guests are not allowed in the Robin Room. They are only to stay in the areas which you have rented indicated on your contract. Of course they may use the washrooms. They are not allowed to use our amenities, such as the billiard room, playing darts in the Robin Room etc. The host resident is responsible for supervising their guests.
There has been an issue recently where our assets have been damaged. We all take care of our assets and have worked hard to purchase items to make our experience of living here more enjoyable.
The guidelines are very clear in what is expected when renting the hall. Please take the time to read them thoroughly so there are no issues or surprises.
