PASSING OF WIFE OF RESIDENT – JOAN DOUGALL
Although she was never able to join her husband, Mike Dougall, as a resident here in Black Creek, we want to advise you of the passing of Joan Margaret Dougall in Gilmore Lodge on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, after a lengthy illness.
Mike joined our community when he moved into his home at 386 Bentwood Place in the spring of 2025 to get him closer to both Joan, who was in Gilmore Lodge from January of 2025, and his family living in this area.
Our community extends condolences to Mike and family at this sad time.
Cremation has taken place and there will be nothing further as per her wishes.
