To All Residents Who Use the Hall
I am sending this e-mail out to everyone because I’m not sure who my target audience is. Between Wednesday night and this morning (Friday), the sound cupboard was moved against the wall adjacent to the metal storage cupboard. As a result wires became disconnected causing some equipment to be non-functional. That cupboard is off limits to everyone except conveners that use the equipment and the technicians in care and control of the system. The hall is not your living room. If you don’t like the aesthetics it doesn’t allow you to move things around for your personal satisfaction. I am asking everyone to please leave things alone or call before you dig so to speak. There will be a sign attached to the cupboard instructing people to leave equipment alone. If anyone has a need for sound equipment use, or microphone support during an event, please call one of the numbers below for assistance.
