On Wed. Nov. 16th, Marianne Rosier, Linda Blais, our paralegal, Jennifer Priestley, and myself, attended a meeting with the Landlord & Tenant Board, with Parkbridge’s lawyer, and Crystal Lewis, our community manager.
The purpose of this meeting was to negotiate and challenge the charges that our landlord applied for in an Above Guideline Increase. The work was done in 2018.
We were successful in having items removed from the initial application, in the amount of $37,500.00. We also negotiated the percentage that will be charged to 0.53%.. You will be notified by Parkbridge with details for those that will be affected.
