BCHOA Asset Committee
There are several new residents in our community. The Asset Committee would like to share the policy on borrowing equipment from the hall:
Tables and chairs that are kept in the storage area beside the Robin Room are available to borrow.
For further items, please contact an Asset member, listed on the Black Creek Website (bclhcommunity.ca) for approval.
There is a sign out sheet on the wall of the storage room that must be completed when any item is signed out and returned.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any member of the Asset Committee for clarification.
The Asset Committee is not meeting until Sept 6. If you require a purchase for an activity supply or new item, please contact any Asset member (listed on the website) for an approval.
