THANK YOU, DAPPER SCRAPPERS
The BCHOA Board and the Asset Committee would like to extend a big “Thank You” to the Dapper Scrappers for their generous Contribution to our kitchen.
This group bought 150 Corelle plates and soup bowls for our kitchen. These lightweight dishes will replace the heavy plates and soup bowls we currently use. We are all seniors, and our old dishes were very heavy and difficult to handle by the dishwashers and those putting them away.
This contribution was a result of the residents donating their old metal items to the Dapper Scrappers who did all the sorting and disposal.
You have probably noticed all the boxes of dishes in the Robin Room. There are plates, soup bowls and gravy boats that need a new home. We are reaching out to the community to see if you know some group that could use them. Please contact a member of the Asset Committee if you know of a place that can make use of them.
