To All Residents:
Parkbridge has applied for an Above Guideline Increase, (AGI), dated April 17,2023.The Above Guideline Increase is for Capital Expenditures that Parkbridge as incurred. There is a binder on the counter in the Library for you to look through the AGI.
PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE FROM THE LIBRARY. Sit and look through it and place it back on the counter for other residents to view.
The Above Guideline Increase Committee will be meeting soon to go over the documents and to prepare for a future hearing with the Landlord and Tenant Board.
