All Residents w/Drainage Issues

ALL RESIDENTS & DRAINAGE ISSUES
There are several residents who are having issues with drainage on their lots.
It is stated in the Residential Tenancies Act that it is the responsibility of the Landlord for drainage, sewage, and keeping our roads clear of debris and potholes. Therefore, the BCHOA would like to address the issue of drainage with our landlord at our next meeting with them.
Parkbridge has told the BCHOA that we as a HOA cannot speak on a concern of one resident. What the BCHOA would like to do is to form a list of residents who have issues with drainage, then present the list as a Community issue.
Keep in mind the drainage issue must be large.  Most units have soggy backyards, as the water drainage is usually directed to the back of the unit.  This is where some large drainage lines are placed, or the land is sloped in a direction to drain properly.
You may have large areas of water that collect on your street in front of your home.
If you have any issues with drainage on your lot or on your street, would you please send your name, unit #, and street name to me in the email listed below.
If you can take pictures of when the drainage is at its worst, please send that to me as well.  We need the documentation to show the landlord. It will also help us when we are challenging AGI”s.

Thank you.
