Reminder
As memberships to the BCHOA are on sale, please remember to have the Authorization form filled out.
Both spouses, partners, members of the home must purchase a membership and sign the form.
The reason for both to be members and fill the form out is, if one person leaves or passes away then the other resident is already covered by the BCHOA .
There were a few that had their spouses fill out the form but did not buy a membership for that partner.
This was an oversight on my part. I will be getting in touch with you to correct the error.
Moving forward I will be checking with everyone that purchases a membership to confirm all residents are covered.
Please come prepared to buy both memberships.
