EMAIL BLAST GROUP         

After speaking with several residents, we realized that many of you are not aware of how our group email blast program is handled. To make things less confusing, will try to explain it.

You send your email blast request to bclhcommunity@gmail.com. Our email group is not an automated system. Each email is handled manually. It is accessible to only two (2) resident volunteers who check it periodically during the day. We do request 24-48 hours’ notice before an eblast is needed as we sometimes have things on our personal schedules that mean they will not be seen by one or the other for a full day, meaning some last-minute items may not get out as the time for them will have passed.

You can always identify our email blasts as it will usually either say it’s from the Communications Committee or from our email address bclhcommunity@gmail.com.

Many of you have been replying to messages sent by the group Email Blast.  These messages come only to the Communications Committee and not to the person you intended.  We do not pass these messages along.
