You recently received a package from Parkbridge, informing you of a written hearing coming up. This work is for paving, pond aerators replaced, and street light design.
The BCHOA has contacted our paralegal, Jennifer Priestley who will prepare our challenges and submit them to the Landlord and Tenant Board on our behalf. We had a meeting with her last week to go over the Capital Expenses Parkbridge has submitted to the LTB. We did request with the Landlord and Tenant Board to have a virtual meeting, but it was refused.
The BCHOA and our paralegal will do all that we can to have these Capital Expenses dropped. When we receive information concerning this Above Guideline Increase (AGI) we will inform our residents.
Please note, that if you did not receive a hard copy of this AGI, you would have got it by email. If you moved in after October 3, 2021, you will not be charged for it.
Your BCHOA is working for you, and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me at 905 382 6273 or bonnieback55@gmail.com, or any of the board members.
Bonnie Backshall, BCHOA President.
