Annual General meeting (AGM) Sept. 30 at 10:00 a.m.; Membership check in starts @ 9:15 a.m.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, and would like to appoint another member to vote on your behalf on Constitution changes and new Board members, please contact Linda (Secretary) at bchoaboard2014@gmail.com or 905-382-6404 by Sept.27 to obtain a Letter Of Intent, to hand in, at the meeting, for a proxy vote.
All Committee Reports will be posted Sept.21 on the bulletin board at the hall. Please submit any comments on these reports, in writing and deposit in the BCHOA mailbox, by the Library door or bchoaboard2014@gmail.com by Sept.24. Only those comments will be discussed at the AGM.
