The annual provincial rent increase (N1) was made available recently on Parkbridge Connect website. The rent will increase by 2.5%, only, on July 1. The remaining % is only charged once the pending AGI’s are approved by the Tribunal.
The Board encourages everyone with computer access to sign up to the portal, if not already. If you don’t have access or have a neighbour without access, please inform them that they will receive a copy of the N1 by mail in the near future.
