BCHOA MEMBERSHIPS
A reminder that membership sales are on now.
You MUST have a membership to have the BCHOA Board to represent you in any legal issues concerning the community.
If you signed the form last year, that was offered by our paralegal, Jennifer Priestly, to represent you concerning the Above Guideline Increases, you MUST purchase a new membership every year.
In order to attend our Annual General Meeting, and to attend any convened activity or event, you MUST have a membership.
It is more important these days to have a membership, as it seems there are several legal issues pending, and there are more to come, in the future.
Memberships are on sale at the hall in the library, Wednesday Aug. 31st, and Saturday Sept. 3rd, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Bring your membership card to be validated. The cost of the membership is $10.00.
