Parkbridge & Insurance;
On Saturday May 4, at 10 am the BCHOA is holding a meeting to discuss Above Guideline Increases, AND the Insurance, Parkbridge is asking you to add to your homeowners Liability insurance policy as well as the N1 that you just received.
If you would like to hold off on doing anything, until May 4th as I will be discussing the Insurance issue. This may save you some issues with your Insurance provider.
If you plan to attend this meeting, please bring your membership card as registration starts at 9:15 am.
