We still need more volunteers to help with the Christmas Social on Nov. 30th, & Dec. 1st.
We are hoping to get enough people so that no one is stuck in the kitchen all day or working so much that they don’t enjoy the Social themselves.
Here are some of the areas where we need help.
- Setting up the hall (hope that the Men’s Club will be there for us again)
- Need 2 people on Sat afternoon to separate plates and place napkins between them
- Placing plates and napkins on tables, 10 am Sunday in the Blue Heron room.
- Decorating tables, just putting out our centerpieces
- Setting up the punch table with glasses etc.
- Someone to make the punch
- Someone to keep the punch bowl filled
- Someone to help Carol plate the desserts ( Sat. Afternoon)( need about 4 people, Carol will say how many we need)
- Someone to keep an eye on the food tables to make sure we don’t get low on any trays.
- Need help with clean up in the kitchen (there will be someone in the kitchen to give direction to where everything goes.
- We’ll need 2 bus boys or girls to help clear tables.
- Need 3 or 4 people to wipe & dry off the tablecloths
- Need help with sweeping under tables and main floor after.
If you can help with one of these tasks that would be great.

We will have a meeting of all volunteers, so everyone has a task. Date and time to be determined shortly.
