I received a call from Cogeco this morning.
I was told that they are working on all our accounts, and that if you have paid the extra $6. Or $12 that you should see a credit on your Nov. bill or Dec. Bill.
They are waving any increases for 12 months. Everyone’s 12 month period will reflect when you were hooked up.
