Attention: All Cogeco Customers (telephone, TV and Internet)
The BCHOA has formed a sub-committee to address all service issues with Cogeco (not including the lines around the property).
In order to identify individual issues, we have created a short complaint form. Please attend the hall on either Wednesday, June 21st from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, or Sunday, June 25th from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. to complete your form.
Once we have the completed forms, the sub-committee will then present these forms to Cogeco in an upcoming meeting.
