The BCHOA Board has contacted Cogeco to deal with the issues that we are having with their service. We are hoping that we can deal with this as a community, rather than on an individual basis.
Calls were made last week and we are now waiting for a return call from a Cogeco representative who is further up the ladder than the normal telephone representative.
We wanted to inform you of our intentions so that you are aware, before you consider changing providers.
We have a plan on how we can deal with all the individuals, and will put it in place once we hear from Cogeco.
