The BCHOA would like to suggest to all residents when emailing Parkbridge, that you copy the Board. This way the Board will be aware of the issues the residents are having.
We are not speaking about your personal accounts, we can’t help with those issues. By using the resident’s concern forms, or just sending an email directly, we can monitor the issues, and if there are several residents having the same problem then we can address it when we meet with Parkbridge. Of course this is your choice, but it may help the community down the road. It is best to send an email, or use the concern forms, as then you have a paper trail.
We would like to make you aware that our Action Team Meetings will be held every 2 months now, instead of once a month.
