Convenors
At this time, I have taken over the hall scheduling for Donna Harvey while she recovers from surgery.
It has been noticed that there have been events scheduled on the same day as an activity.
I would ask all convenors to check the web site and the calendar to see if an event is scheduled on the day of your activity, so that you can inform your people.
I do have several things to take care of for the community and this would help me moving forward. Normally you would receive a phone call informing you of any changes, but sometimes it is an oversight on my part for not informing the convenor.
I am asking for your help to make my job easier, and so that no one is left out in the cold. If you don’t have a computer to check the calendar, then ask one of the residents who attend your activity to keep an eye out for you.
I will do my best to keep everyone informed.
