INSURANCE
Recently we received a newsletter from Parkbridge. In it, they are asking us as residents to put Parkbridge on the Liability section of our Home Owners Insurance Policy. You do not need to do that, it is illegal. Confirmed by legal services. Many insurance companies have an issue with that. This has just been discovered last week.

N1 FORMS
The N1 forms received recently notifying us of our rent increase ARE NOT VALID. New ones will be issued before April 1.
