Are you aware of the benefits of your BCHOA membership.
Membership shall include, but not limited to participation in the BCHOA member meeting, nominations, electing Board members, proposing and speaking to and voting on motions.
Membership in the BCHOA shall include liability, indemnity under an insurance policy or policies obtained by the Association for the protection of its members should they serve in a volunteer capacity, as a member, or attend any social function, event, or activity sponsored by the members of Black Creek Home Owner’s Association.
Half of your membership fee is already earmarked to be held in a contingency fund for legal costs which the BCHOA at some time may occur. Dues also help pay for the website, functions, printing and copying of the residents lists and telephone directory, Up The Creek Newsletter, replacement of existing furniture and equipment in the lobby, Blue Heron Room, Robin Room, Pool, Billiard room, Exercise Equipment as needed and supplies.
