‘OUR COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS’
What are you doing December 9th??? We hope you have your calendar circled and plan to attend ‘Our Community Christmas’. This is an evening dedicated to the Spirit of Christmas and free for all.
We begin with the Tree Lighting at 6:30 pm. This is followed by a time to join others at your table, catching up and perhaps enjoying that BYOB you brought, while you work on our Christmas Trivia Quiz. This will be followed by an evening of fun ‘stuff’ culminating in the arrival of the Firemen who will lead us in the enjoyment of Hot Chocolate and goodies.
This also can be the time to bring your donation of food, unwrapped toy, or monetary gift (Receipts for tax purposes given for donations over $20.00).
The food gifts will be delivered to Saint George Catholic Church Crystal Beach for distribution to the Ridgeway, Crystal Beach, Stevensville area. Monetary gifts will go to the Stevensville Community Church for their outreach program. The toys will be taken by the Stevensville Volunteer Firemen to help make Christmas special for the children in our area.
Our community has always been extremely generous at this holiday time in helping to put smiles on the faces of many children and families in our area.
