This message is a follow up to the Presentation held at the Recreation Centre on May 15, 2025. Some folks could not attend the session so I am sharing this for those that are interested.
These programs are funded by the province and are intended to help older adults remain safe and independent at home for as long as possible. These programs offer a variety of social, wellness and outreach services for older adults 60+ who reside in Ontario and have a valid Health Card.
The Gilmore Community Hub is located at 60 King St. Fort Erie, next to the new Gilmore Lodge (near the beer store on Garrison Rd).
