Reminder that the sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board for those interested in an appointment with Miriam from Service Canada.

Miriam Mitchell, Citizen Services Specialist, Citizen Services and Program Delivery Branch will be coming to Black Creek on May 3, 2024. She will be in the library from 10 am until 1 pm. A sign-up sheet will be placed on the bulletin board in April where you can sign-up for a 15 minute appointment with her.
It is important to remember to bring your SIN card or number to the appointment to assess your specific questions/ concerns re: federal government services and programs. I have also booked July 12 and Sept 6 as additional dates that she will come to Black Creek.
