Snow Removal

Unfortunately the board does not have any more power over the landlord than any resident, in that Parkbridge will decide what they want to do or what they can do.  The only authority that can force the landlord to act is the Landlord and Tenant Board.
The best course of action is to communicate directly with management.
Communications that generate a paper trail are the best approach. Such as:
Use the portal to report any problems particularly safety issues.
Phone, there may not be an answer, leave a message.  (905) 328-6156,  (289) 567-0532
The portal is not only monitored by Parkbridge but by Quadreal as well.
I have contacted Parkbridge by phone (yes, had to leave a message) and have filed a report on the portal.  I will be following up on both.

One other factor in this snow removal problem that we can not disregard is the contractor. We can’t assume that Parkbridge is to blame, it may well be the contractor  or even driver incompetence.  We have had some good snow removal events as well as the bad ones.
Let’s hope that if we all make Parkbridge aware of our concerns that they will be able to elicit better service from the snow removal contractor.
