Tax Receipts

To all residents,

 
I am hearing a lot of noise around the community about difficulty in applying to get your rent and property tax receipt for the purpose of completing your 2024 Tax Return.  I am forwarding the letter as a mass e-mail that we received from Parkbridge explaining how to receive your receipt via email.  The irony of the e-mail is that it states if you don’t have e-mail to contact the Community Team, whoever that is.  How you will know that, if you don’t have e-mail is beyond me, let alone receive this communication.  Most of the people I hear complaining actually have e-mail and should have received it.  The letter below has the link that will bring up the proper e-mail address to apply for your rent and tax receipt.  All you have to do is follow the instructions in this email and you will eventually receive your receipt by (you guessed it) e-mail.  You may be able to request having it snail mailed in the body of your request.

Good morning residents,

We are pleased to provide an annual rent receipt for tax purposes upon request. Please note that because we converted to a new software system in late 2024, you will receive two separate receipts this year. One receipt representing rent payments for January to October 2nd, 2024, and a second one representing rent payments for October 3rd to December 2024.

Your tax receipt will be emailed as requested ONLY. If you require a receipt for 2024, please email us at

taxreceipts@quadreal.com

Please make sure to state your name, community name with site address in the email. 
 

In the event you do not have an email account, the community team can make the request on your behalf. 

All receipts will be produced before the annual tax deadline.
