The BCHOA & the Membership Committee have compiled the following list regarding the Above Guideline Increase (AGI) that will be heard on June 12 with the Landlord & Tenant Board (LTB).
The names below are not affected by this AGI, but their names are listed on the submission from Parkbridge to the LTB.
If you did not live in Black Creek in the year of 2019, then you will not be affected.
We have notified our paralegal of this issue, and she will take care of this matter, the day of the hearing.
We are suggesting the residents listed make sure that your rent does not go up regarding this AGI.
When the LTB issues their order, those that are affected by this AGI will be notified by the LTB. If you do not receive notice, then you know you are not affected.
