1/ STREETLIGHTS
Are there any street lights out near you?
If there are, would you send Crystal an email and copy the BCHOA. Copying the Board will let us know how many are still out.
We will bring this issue to our meeting with management again.

2/ Our Health & Wellness Committee needs new members to help out in this area.
It won’t take up a lot of your time. They would have a meeting monthly or by-monthly. It is to help with setting up workshops and obtaining information that would be beneficial to our residents, plus more.

3/ The BCHOA is looking for about 6 volunteers to form a new sub committee of the Board.
This Committee would be a group of residents that live in different areas of the park, or those that walk the community every day, or a few times a week.
We are finding that it has become necessary to take note of what management or maintenance are doing in the park. It would require photos of work that has been done or being done, and to record the information.
This information would be collected and possibly used when it comes time to challenge our AGI’s, or when discussing issues with management.
