To All Residents

There still seems to be some confusion about information that was misinterpreted by the BCHOA Board.

The information that was sent out on behalf of myself on Feb. 14, 2025 that suggested that residents stop using pre-authorized payments to Parkbridge was NOT CORRECT .  DO NOT CHANGE YOUR STATUS IN REGARD TO YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT WITH PARKBRIDGE AS A RESULT OF THAT EMAIL.    Please see Crystal to rectify this as soon as possible if you have already done so. The email of Feb. 14, 2025 was not approved by me and has put my reputation at risk.

Hoping this will clear up the issue and everyone will go back to their original agreement with Parkbridge.  I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused any residents.
