The AGI (Above Guideline Increase) committee works with lots of information and detailed documentation with processes and procedures to follow. The Board appreciates all the work the committee does, however in hindsight after review, the Board (Ken Johnston, Frank DiBartolomeo, Linda Blais, Dave Dell, John Barrett, Jo-Anne Dowling and Helen Hamilton) have misinterpreted and published information that was not correct. We issue a full apology to the AGI chair, committee, and all residents. Going forward, we endeavour to release accurate information.
