You recently received a communication from the AGI committee chair. Please be advised that this communication was not authorized by the BCHOA. The BCHOA is not advising you to stop direct payment to Parkbridge. The information is not actually correct. I have spoken with the office and no AGI payments are being collected before they go to the tribunal. If you stop payment you may indeed open yourself up to legal action. There is much confusion over this. I have also spoken with the offending party and advised that no communication should go out to the community without board approval.
