To The Residents of Black Creek Leisure Homes
As many of you are aware of some of our concerns within our community and have expressed
those concerns by signing a consent sheet. We are now keeping you updated with the status
moving forward with these concerns.
In compliance with our Constitution, we asked our Black Creek Home Owners Association
(known as BCHOA), Board of Directors to grant us a “Special Committee” status in order to
proceed forward. To date we have not received their approval. We were however able to suggest
to the Board to do a community blast email of the latest Action Team minutes to the residents.
We were also informed by Parkbridge that in order to proceed with any community issue we
have to go through our BCHOA Board.
In moving forward on your behalf, we have now presented our original letter together with
resident’s signatures (300+) to Parkbridge and Quadreal, with another copy of our letter and
signatures to the BCHOA Board of Directors. We have advised Parkbridge that due to the
number of concerned residents we have now turned this file over to the BCHOA Board of
Directors to move forward with our concerns.
At this time we would like to give a big “Thank You” to our residents who were willing to show
their support with these concerns and also to the many volunteers who took the time to visit and
speak with our residents. A great job done by many!
