The BCHOA has decided that our membership fees per year will be $15 each resident, from $10.
We are seeing that our costs have increased, especially insurance that is paid each year for our volunteers, the board of directors, and our content insurance have all increased considerably. There are many other increases that the board is dealing with as well.
Please remember that being a member of the Black Creek Home Owners Association brings you the privilege to attend all convened activities and events, you are covered by our insurance when attending an activity, and when it comes time to Above Guideline Increases that the Board represents you as a member, and for instance, the issue with Cogeco, to mention a few.
